Bitter Earth ESB
Arkose Bitter Earth ESB is reminiscent of an English Extra Special Bitter. Deep copper in color, light bodied, and a flavorful earthy session beer with a complex malt profile and pleasing hop bitterness. Named after the great R&B tune “This Bitter Earth” and like the lyrics of this song, the earth is not so bitter after all and neither is this beer.

No 5 Boxcar Porter
Arkose Boxcar Porter is soft and mild yet has substance. Hints of roasted and caramel flavors are balanced with the delicate influence of three hop varieties. Dark in color, hold it up to the light and take in the ruby hues. Inspired by locomotive No 5 at the Palmer Depot.

Steed Rye IPA
An easy-drinking IPA featuring Magnum hops. Refreshingly satisfying with just enough hop aromas and flavors. This noble ale takes its name from lively spirited horses, hearty rye grains, and the pencil drawing by Norman W. Olson, 1973. There is nothing like a noble steed, and the same goes for Arkose Steed Rye IPA.

High Ridge Double Red
This full-bodied malty red ale is smooth and rich with just enough hop flavor to balance the caramel sweetness. Named after the brewery namesake, Arkose Ridge, nearby High Ridge Lake, and the great hikes that the Mat-Su Valley has to offer.

New Colony Hefeweizen
Southern Germany meets the Valley! This spring and summer seasonal is a spicy and smoky ale with a hoppy tang. New Colony features Late Addition German Northern Brewer hops. Pairs with weisswurst, goat cheese, strawberry shortcake, and delicate chocolates. Zum Wohl!

Usher in the Festbier season with our Bavarian style dark wheat ale. Brewed with a nod to our “Deutsche” heritage, our dunkelweizen is tingly and tasty. Pairs nicely with everything from salads to enchiladas, but goes especially well with cured meats and bacony Gouda cheese. The suspended yeast of this traditional dunkelweizen is what gives it the beloved cloudy characteristic.
